Forgot password

If you choose to proceed, your current password will be changed and a new password will be sent to you by e-mail, provided you have an e-mail address on your login profile.

If you don’t have an e-mail address, please contact your MGA Security Administrator or our Customer Service at 1 800 565-2338 Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST)

Change password

Initial password is assigned by the Travel Security system. You will be required to change it on the first time you login. After that, you can change it at any time. Please remember that password is case sensitive and you have to know your current password to change it. You may change your password by selecting “Change my password” after you logon.


LOGIN

Login is required when you are submitting an application or viewing online sales report. You may login from the LOGIN top menu or during the application process. If you were using your login id for the first time, you will be asked to enter your user name and password twice.


Change my profile

You may change your personal information on your profile at any time by selecting “Change my profile” after you login from the LOGIN top menu. You cannot change your user name, and agent’s information such as agent code, counseller id, and branch code. If you have any questions on how to change these codes, please contact your MGA Security Administrator or our Customer Service at 1 800 565-2338 Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (EST)


Login for Manulife Advisors

You must use your Repsource login id (user name and password) to login on the Travel website. Your login id is managed the same way as it is now, through Repsource.
